03. Vision Therapy Technical Specialist (VTTS)

Experience & Skill Set
  • Vision Therapist or eligible
  • Three years direct clinical experience working as a Vision Therapist
  • Comfort and familiarity with optometric office operations
  • Ability to travel US (35%) with occasional International travel (15%)
  • Outgoing, articulate, confident
Day-to-day Duties
  • Handle initial technical inquires; escalate to Chief Optometric Officer as required
  • Perform online and on-site training as needed
  • Work directly with eye doctors and VT technicians
  • Attend major industry conferences and provide on-site technical support
  • NO patient contact or responsibilities
Other Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain training aids library
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Prepare essential reports
  • Provide technical support to sales and marketing team members
Additional
  • May work remotely / no need to relocate
  • Experience with web apps like Slack, Hubspot and/or Trello desired but not required
