We are launching a simplified version of Vivid Vision that allows you access and adjust Vivid Vision Home for your patients.

We know that many of you and your patients are facing hardships due to mandatory steps or processes aimed at limiting the spread of COVID-19. We understand that your ability to provide traditional, in-office vision therapy is probably impacted. We’ve received requests from several clinics to support their effort to transition into offering remote therapy to patients.

Our development team at Vivid Vision has created a streamlined version of your Vivid Vision Clinical Launcher software that allows you to access your patient data and Vivid Vision Home treatment plans from your home on any device that runs Windows. 

Supporting you in your efforts to provide effective and consistent vision therapy to your patients is our top priority. In order to get your through these disruptions, we are reducing the cost of Vivid Vision Home single month licenses as follows for the next 30 days:

$70 CAD in Canada 

$90 AUD in Australia 

€45 EURO in Europe*

We are staying in contact with our community of providers and will continue to share knowledge and best practices regarding how to deliver remote vision therapy. If you have any questions about the logistics of using Vivid Vision Home for remote therapy, schedule a training session with our team by clicking on the Training Tab in your software or by scheduling directly with this link. Also, if you have patients that cannot afford to continue their home treatment, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help. 

To download the Vivid Vision Clinical Launcher please use the button below. You will need a PC or laptop that runs Windows, and your clinic’s Vivid Vision login credentials. If you forgot your login information, please contact us or use our password reset feature. Your download instructions will be displayed after logging in to your clinical account.

Once you log in, select the Downloads tab and follow the steps to download your Vivid Vision software on your PC or compatible Windows device.

A special note for our US-based clinicians:

The US Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has recently loosened restrictions for telehealth during this public health crisis (see the release here). 

As you may not be able to access your secure in-office network, we strongly suggest you update all antivirus and anti-malware software on your home computer(s) if accessing patient data or providing telehealth services from home. 

Vivid Vision has and always will enact a business associate agreement (BAA) with all HIPAA covered entities upon request. If you have not executed a BAA with Vivid Vision, please write to regulatory@seevividly.com and we will send you a signable copy of a BAA.
